The building sits on Doulton Road in Cradley Heath, and has been in the Perry family for years. Inside it's bright, warm and quiet — LED lighting throughout, wide corridors you can push a trolley through without banging your elbows, and free WiFi that actually reaches every corner. It doesn't feel like a warehouse tucked at the back of an industrial estate, and it doesn't feel like a corporate self-storage chain, because it isn't either.

Reception's staffed Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30. Real people, on-site, in the building — not a call centre in another city, not a chatbot that gives up when you ask something specific. If you ring during office hours, someone picks up. If you email, you'll hear back the same day. That's not a promise printed on a poster somewhere, it's just how a family business is meant to work — and the Perry family has been doing it in the Black Country since 1925.

When it comes to what you pay, what you sign up for is what you pay. No mystery fees at checkout, no admin charges tacked on at the end.
