We run three things under one roof:
- Self storage units — household, business, or anything in between. Sizes from 20 sqft (a wardrobe) up to 150 sqft (a small garage).
- Workshops — power, light, and a proper space to work from.
- Serviced offices — heat, light, WiFi and parking all included. Move-in ready, no long lease.

Your stuff matters. So does ours. The site is protected by:
- 24/7 HD CCTV covering every entrance, corridor and external area
- Individual unit alarms — your unit's alarm only arms when you lock it
- PIN-coded keypad access at every entry point — no shared keys, no copies floating around
- Electric perimeter gates that close out-of-hours
- Bright LED lighting throughout — no dark corners, day or night
- On-site staff Monday to Friday keeping an eye on the place in person
